How to add Email Signature

Please find instructions below on how to hyperlink your email signature to the https://www.pratopores.org/ website.

Step 1 – Open a new email and click on insert.

Step 2 – Click on signature option.

Step 3 – Add a new signature – rename – and add attached email banner into the text option – by clicking on the image icon.

Step 4 - Click on the world icon (hyperlink) copy the https://www.pratopores.org/ website.

Step 5 – Insert the web address and press OK.
